world war 2, 1/35 scale models.

these are models i have built from various kits......tamiya, dragon, italeri and others. meny of them i have added extra photo-etch and a few i have even added metal tracks to.
 i build these alot more than the other boats and trucks but i dont yet have photos of meny, i find they are hard to photograph, to pick up the detail and get the lighting right.
i mostly build german tanks and vehicals. i just like the design of them. i have however built a fair few british, russian and american ones.

current projects........

on the building table at the moment i have........

*dragons kit of the german tank distroyer, the marder 2. this is a slow build as i have added the brilliant voyager photo-etch kit. its very complicated but the detail is second to none!

*the cyber hobby kit of the T34/76 STZ. this is the famous russian T34 tanks that where built at the plant in stalingrad.  this model kit has a few fitting issues, i will post some pic's of how i got round them soon.

*the tamiya JS2. this is a russian monster! i am building it straight out of the box.

*and lastly i have started on the dragon kit of the SDKFZ 234/1. this is an 8 wheeled,  german armoured recon car. i am also adding the voyager photo-etch kit to this.
